- DTF transfer design

---

Step-by-Step Application Instructions:

1. Prepare Your Garment:
- Ensure the garment is clean and dry.
- Lay it flat on the heat press to smooth out any wrinkles.

2. Set Up the Heat Press:
- Temperature: Preheat your heat press to 300°F to 320°F (150°C to 160°C). Refer to your DTF supplier’s recommendations for specific temperature settings based on the material you are using.
- Pressure: Set your heat press to medium to firm pressure. This ensures that the DTF adhesive bonds effectively with the fabric.
- Time: Set the timer for 10 to 15 seconds.

3. Position the Transfer:
- Place the DTF transfer design (printed side down) on the desired area of the garment. Make sure it is aligned correctly before pressing.

4. Apply Heat:
- Close the heat press and apply pressure for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Make sure the entire transfer is receiving even pressure.

5. Let the Transfer Cool (Cold Peel):
- After the timer goes off, open the heat press and let the transfer cool down completely before peeling. This ensures the adhesive sets properly on the fabric.

6. Peel the Film:
- Once the transfer is completely cool, carexcellently peel away the PET film from the garment at a low angle (peeling too quickly or at the wrong angle could affect the quality of the transfer).

7. Post-Pressing (Optional):
- For extra durability and to give the design a softer feel, you can place a Teflon sheet or parchment paper over the design and press again for 5-10 seconds at the same temperature.
